I thought they did a great gob in my gr86, it looked practically brand new, just to later figure out I have a mismatched tire. They send me a $9000 bill just for me to have to now deal with their mistakes, I’ve called numerous times, sent numerous pictures to different numbers and they told me they would get back to me as soon as they could, low and behold its been about 2-3 weeks and not one reply, and I have all the proof. I originally had Michelin p4’s on my car, once I got it back from auburn collision 1 it had Michelin Green mxm4

As a driver who has been in a few accidents, the experience with other shops and this one is uncomfortable. Auburn collision 1 customer service is fantastic. Desk lady was very nice and always has a smile on her face, and the estimator Brandon was a great man to speak to who expressed kindness and respect. He cared about how my service was. The manager must be doing something great with his team. The shop went above and beyond with the care of my vehicle. Very satisfied. Highly recommended this shop 5/5 Stars

Brendan there was professional n a guy with a sense of humor. I like that. He found my carbon fiber running board for my vette in a day. Those parts a discontinued n very difficult to find. He found it in a day!!! Crazy n my car had some lower fiber glassing work n my car was done in 1 day. They did great work. I'll be back again. 😉
