Easy experience. TBH I did not shop around too much, nor inspect or grill them on the work. As a Honda/import specialist and given decent reviews, I trusted their work. I simply emailed asking for an estimate to replace all four brakes/rotors and do the timing belt service on my Ridgeline. Of course their price was way less than the dealer on both, and less than another shop on the brakes as well. They were able to clean up a brake caliper instead of replacing it (two shops said it would need to be replaced); that saved $300. And they had time for me within the week. Final cost was as quoted and work was done on time.

I have never wanted to hug a mechanic before, but I refrained. I was so stressed out by the exorbitant costs at the dealer and the fear they instilled in me, that the parts were failing. I only had 115,000 miles on my Forester. The owner Marcus was so wonderful telling me the big items were not ready to be replaced yet and fixed the other stuff at less than half of what the dealer wanted. So grateful and will be going there, only, from now on. Thank you!
