Very impressive business. Very organized and CLEAN lobby. The staff is great and friendly. I brought in my own TPMS sensors, nervous they would decline to replace them but there was no questions asked! Great people and I appreciate how approachable they were! There’s even a convenient place to do work on my laptop! That seems like a minor detail but I’m not used to that at tire shops. Very cool I was on the fence between Ernie’s and the other tire shops up the road. Let’s just say I’m a permanent customer of Ernie’s from now on. Thank you! Eddie

Brought my daughters Fiat in for an oil change - nicest tire/auto shop I’ve ever been in. Great family owned business. Owners son was very nice and took care of the car! My daughter brought her car in today and they treated her like family, great job guys!! Definitely earning our business for the foreseeable future! Also, can I just say well done in terms of the kids room!!

We will always use Ernie’s for our automotive needs. They are very reliable and easy to work with. We started having some battery issues this week. We took it in to Ernie’s, they replaced the battery under warranty in less than 10 minutes and sent us on our way. We have always used them for tires. My daughter drives in from Fort Worth and uses him. Good hometown service!

Poor customer service, improper installation & lied. While restoring a classic automobile I needed lug studs pressed into the hub through the drum. I called Ernie’s & they assured me they could do it. I dropped the pieces off at the front counter & tried to explain to the front counter clerk that how they needed to be pressed with the drum sandwiched in between. He told me I didn’t need the drum sandwiched & I insured him I did. Later that day, I received a phone call from Ernie’s saying there was an issue & the hub had cracked; they sent me a photo (damage can be seen in first pic). I went back to Ernie’s to pick up my pieces & noticed that the threads were slightly damaged & the back face of the stud was beat to heck (second photo). I informed them that it was supposed to be pressed, not beaten when an impact, & I had informed them that when I dropped the pieces off. Ernie’s refused to compensate for the damage to the parts, staying that it was the stud’s fault & not an installation error. Even had their impact worked, the part would still need to be replaced as they did not sandwich the drum between the hub & stud face.
