A-1 has proven to be a great source for auto repairs for my drivetrain. Having had a negative experience in the metroplex with a transmission place, this place is a welcome change and I regret not coming here back then. They've done a few jobs now for me and the turnaround was quick with no issues thus far. Tgeur labor costs seem very reasonable. They had my vehicle back to me quickly when they said they would.

View on GoogleTook my son’s Jeep in for service (change fluid and filter). My son told them it had a small leak and it looked like the maybe the pan gasket. 30 minutes later tech said the transmission was good but might want to look at changing the engine valve cover. He said it looked like it had been leaking. We paid, said thanks and left. The next morning, Saturday, there is a puddle of transmission fluid on the garage floor. Called on Monday and was told that the tech does it all day and it can’t be his error. “Bring it in and we’ll take a look” took it in Tuesday morning. Five hours later it’s ready. We pick it up and no apology offered and no explanation. The only comment was “you said it was leaking”. I do not recommend taking any work to this shop. Follow up: Jeep continued to leak when we got it home. Started small and got worse quickly. Took it to Jeep dealership in Weatherford. Technician said it leaked because A-1 used the wrong gasket. Dealership installed correct gasket and the leak is gone.
View on GoogleWe dropped off a transmission for repair on Thursday afternoon about 3pm and they had it ready for us on Friday about 2:30pm. Truck is working great. We appreciate A1 and their exceptional service.
View on GoogleFrom the bottom of my heart and the core of my soul I must say these guys were standup gentlemen.. You hear where people traveling and have car problems they get ripped off this was NOT the place for that.. It’s a transmission shop and I pulled in with car problems that wasn’t transmission issues and they still helped and didn’t try to add on more problems. One guy was getting off work driving home and followed me to make sure my daughter and I were safe, another guy fixed my problem and seemed as caring about my car issues as if it were his and the other guy paid it forward and prayed with me to have safe travels.. I was beyond touched by their all around TOP NOTCH class and service!! I would recommend them to EVERYONE who is looking for QUALITY, RELIABLE SERVICE!!! P.S we made it here safe and sound and right on time.. YOU ALL PROVED TO ME THAT THERE IS HOPE FOR OUR HUMAN RACE!! I love you all my brothers...
