I brought my 2019 Chevy Silverado to the Old Dennis Rd Location and I met with Jan in the shop's office. Jan, and her team were courteous, knowledgeable and kind. They tracked down the root of the transmission issue. I was given an estimate and a couple courses of action. I am tremendously grateful for Jan and the team at 2033.
View on GoogleCharged me $10,000 to replace two bumpers and fix a light issue I was having on one of my trucks. 2012 Dodge Ram. My bumpers were color matched and they replaced them with silver bumpers. Within 1 day of leaving the shop my lights keep messing up. For that price I figured there going to replace a harness or actually do something of substance. Overpriced and unfair. They offered to keep messing with the truck but I didn’t have time to take it in or quite frankly did I want them to touch it again. Dishonest and overpriced.
View on GoogleWe brought a 2019 GMC 1 ton in for repair and it wasn't repaired. $4,300 spent for NOTHING. We also had to fill the fuel tank back up because of all the "test drives" they did. More money spent that we couldn't afford. So almost $4,400 later with repair costs and refueling, and the check engine light is still on. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! While I realize that nothing is absolute, they don't even offer any kind of warranty with their work. Let my mistake be a warning to other customers who need repairs done. They didn't offer a loaner car so we had to rent one while "repairs" were being done. To say that I am less than impressed with this garage, is the understatement of a lifetime.
View on GoogleThey back up their repairs. Had a Radiator and EGR Tube replaced. The EGR Tube failed after a couple months. They fixed it quickly today at No Charge. We take our vehicles that are out of warranty there for repairs I cannot make myself.
