They were absolutely wonderful to us. We had an issue from their last oil change and they didn’t even hesitate to fix the issue. It was time for an oil change so we left the truck and went to get a coffee. They let us know that the work they had to do they’d have to keep our truck overnight and could come back the following day to pick it up. They did a great job.
View on GoogleWe had a very frustrating experience at this location. When we called ahead, they clearly said there was no waiting time. We arrived within 5 minutes, but once we got there, they suddenly told us there would be a 2-hour wait. When we reminded them that they had just told us “no waiting time” over the phone, they changed it to “at least 1 hour.” We ended up waiting 2 full hours before they even started working on the truck. We arrived at 9:30 AM, and even by 1:30 PM the job still wasn’t finished — and they were only replacing ONE tire. It finished only ONE TIRE REPLACEMENT by 2:45pm which is unbelievable. Replacing a single tire should not take five hours. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Do not come here if you value your time. They will keep you waiting. Very disappointing experience.

View on GoogleThe absolute worst place in all of Texas. It took five hours just to change a tire on a Saturday because there was no staff on duty. Everyone there operates at the same abysmal level—it’s unbelievable. The treatment is among the lowest-quality in the entire country; truly terrible service.
View on GoogleStopped in to have them look and see if I had an air leak at the air compressor signal air line or had a bad governor (I had a brand new one in my truck). The guy that was "working" on the truck spent almost 3 hours doing 15 minutes worth of work and then proceed to tug on the air signal line and rip it out of the fitting that goes in the air compressor. Now he told me I needed a new fitting because there's a piece of airline stuck in it and they'll have to order one in the morning so I'd have to shut down for the night as the truck won't be drivable anymore. I pulled out of their shop and over the next 30 minutes I proceeded to unscrew the fitting, pull the piece of air line out and reinstall the fitting with a new airline and have my truck back to 100%. One of the mechanics said they'd talk to the manager the next day to get me a refund or credit as getting charged $300 after their "mechanic" (he was actually a lube tech) broke something and made my truck inoperable is not right. It's been over 3 weeks with no resolution so now I'll leave reviews where I can and reach out to the Better Business Bureau. Not recommended.
