Oh my goodness. Dan made my day. My daughter had pulled her charging cable out of her iPad so a small piece got broken in there. I took it in and within five minutes Dan had not only fixed it, but didn't even charge me. He was super nice and helpful. Did I mention this happened the day before our road trip?? Thank you so much! We will definitely be back when my kids inevitably cause more issues.
View on GoogleFor a walk-in appointment took about 4 hours so not too bad. Dan and Kat helped us out and were understanding of claim ID issues. Overall will comeback if I crack my screen again.
View on GoogleIncompetent lady in the front needs to go! She screwed up something in their system causing my insurance claim to be deleted. She wouldn't let me touch my phone to show her the claim on my phone...asked me for physical paperwork 🙄🙄. And then was told by her that I need to refile a claim the next day and leave my phone at the location until the overnight or pay the full amount of the repair....ummm no, that's a problem she caused. Technicians were great though. After 45 mins, they called Google and fixed the problem that she caused. The screen is fixed and working great!

Came and they straight up told me they forgot to fix my Xbox and were not good about updating me and legit just were not helpful. I was very disappointed. Gave no discount or support for the trouble. Truly not worth going for Xbox repair. Never felt like I had to review but I’ve never had worse experience with this

Dan, Kay and Jake provide me with the upmost service and was honest and helpful with fixing my iPhone 15. The Ausurion warranty process over the phone was a complete mess and headache. In fact, the online agent tried to up sell me more coverage and claimed my phone was impossible to repair. After I spent about 3 hours with the online support, I was able to get assistance at the Southlake location and it was quick, easy and efficient service. Highly recommend their service and expertise with any iPhone repairs. Thank you so much!!!
