Don’t bother even making an appointment. They didn’t take my car in for my 12 pm appointment until 1 pm. When I walked in it also took 2 hours. So really just don’t bother with Costco tire center. Even though it costs more at discount tire, they at least are friendly and punctual with appointments.
View on GoogleI’ve been a Costco member for almost 10 years and always buy my tires here, but this experience was very disappointing. I had a nail in my tire and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for a simple nail repair. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and it felt like they didn’t care that customers were waiting. Very unprofessional service. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location.

The time I came and the time they changed the tire was great, but unlike what you see on the paperwork they gave, the time out is the time they called me to say make an appointment for the next day? WHY??? You guys Costco tire center SOUTHLAKE TEXAS are so professional with such a long time to change 4 tires 🙇
View on GooglePlease don't even bother to walk in to the store without an appointment. Without that they would treat you like trash. Got a walkin appointment at 9.30 and time now is 2pm still waiting for my car to be fixed. The gentleman says a few hours but exact definition of fewis totally unrelated. So please come to the store only with a walking and yes your Costco executive membership means nothing.
View on GoogleThe customer service is really bad. When you bought tires, they claimed they had mileage warranty . But when the tire wore out quickly and you asked for mileage warranty, they provide your wrong information. Don’t believe just what they said. Make sure to check their warranty documentation and ask them to follow it . We eventually got prorated credit after hours of waiting . But we will never buy tires from Costco again!
