My 2010 Prius with 127000 miles displayed P0A80 code - replace hybrid battery pack. After spending a lot of time research the fix by googling and watching YouTube, I found Home Town Hybrids which offers the best price and fix that I wanted. I own my Prius since new and really love the car. Jessica the owner is very helpful with the options and costs. I ended up choose new Toyota OEM battery with 5 year 100,000 miles warranty. She scheduled mechanic John to do the mobile installed. John arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He completed the install in less than an hour. He made sure all the clips, screws, are tightened and secured. He answered all my questioned. At the end I test drove around the block and all is good. I can’t thank John and Jessica enough. Even though the cost of brand new battery pack cost more than the refurbished, I think it is worth the peace of mind and future resale or trade in value. I highly recommend Home Town Hybrids to take care of your hybrid battery replacement needs.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Their customer service rep was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My mechanic, John, was so friendly and efficient. They replaced my hybrid battery and combination meter for less than the dealership quoted me for just the battery! This is their second time saving my old Prius, I definitely recommend their services!
