I have two furry babies who ride with me everywhere and leave the car a bit messy, but thankfully, Lay offered the perfect solution: the family membership! Hmm this was my first time and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the nice lady in the booth.🤠 However, I only got a wash n wipe off but for $25 my wheels/car should have been cleaned better😒...no effort just put some light tire shine + I tipped. So no I would not be back🙄

View on GoogleYou might say I’m a car wash snob. I like to find one and stick with it and finding one is usually difficult when you have a ¾ ton truck. I wanted to review this place several times, but I didn’t want to do it too soon. I wanted to see if the fantastic experience I had the first time would be the same throughout and it definitely has been! The machine itself is amazing, but it’s the people here that are always welcoming and really do a fantastic job! They also have an outdoor seating area with a tv, fans, coffee, water, cornhole and a large area to let the kids and dogs run around in that just makes this place that more amazing. The operations and experience of this place is really top notch. You don’t have to do full service, but I find myself doing that more than anything. They have an area where you can dry and clean your vehicle yourself if you choose. They have the same towels and tools for the do-it-yourself side that they do the full service side. Really proud of this place!

The cancellation form is difficult to find and clunky to use. My wife and I were both under the impression we had cancelled the service successfully when this was not the case and we noticed new bills. Update #2: Jose the manager at this location was very helpful and I'm happy to update this review to 5 stars because I believe these are trustworthy and ethical people who responded to my issue quickly. I would encourage them to make the account management a little easier / clearer.
