Went to get my oil changed and was not told nor did they indicate which bay to park behind so I just pulled behind a car in one of the bays. Waited for almost 15 minutes and was never acknowledged by either of the employees that were working. Needless to say I left and went to Bradzoil (was greeted by multiple employees when arriving). I have been taking my business to that Valvoline for years and was always greeted when driving up. Sad day and will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. To the management team, you should train your employees to at least greet customers that are dropping over 100$ for 15 minutes of work as acknowledgment goes a long way in getting repeat loyal customers.
View on GoogleExtremely disappointing experience on June 6. I waited in line for over an hour, and during that time only one vehicle was serviced and left the bay area. I was unable to leave because cars were stacked behind me, leaving me stuck with no progress and no communication. When I called afterward, the manager tried to help, but the Area Manager offered excuses instead of acknowledging the issue or attempting to make things right. As a loyal customer for several years, I expected much better customer service and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this experience has cost them a longtime customer. I will not be returning. I had to give one star or I could not post my review. I give ZERO STARS!!!
