I have made attempts to receive compensation for unsatisfactory repair. Only to be met with a less than a 4 percent refund offer of $50 for a $1200+ repair. Employee of business Jake attempted to buff out the scratches and was not successful. What makes it worse is that I was blamed for the damage when I offered video and picture evidence. I emailed the company to advised them of my expectation for a reasonable refunded requesting a response in 5 business days. After no response, I emailed them requesting a response in two business days. Again no response. I then texted the POC Jake. I was then advised that they forwarded my complaint to their attorney and to communicate with them via certified mail moving forward. Never had that done before. I will be forwarding my complaint to BBB and the State Attorney General.

Apex came over to work on my shower door and put down a strip to stop water from leaking out from under the shower door. Both repairs were done quickly and efficiently and their personnel were extremely courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I've been dealing with Apex glass for 40 years and I've never had a bad experience. Thank you again to Jake and his employees for being the professionals that they are.

View on GoogleTheir customer service is fantastic these are great people that are helping and I really appreciate their hard work, especially in this heat. My vanity glass broke. It was different from the manufacture. It was a bit more thin, but this glass that I have gotten it’s a bit thicker which is good so I don’t have to worry about to shattered again they did amazing job if you ever have a vanity glass top that is broken. I would really recommend this place. God bless them.🤗✨
