I just want to say that I took my truck in to get a diagnosis for why my air conditioning wasn't working. He told me it was the compressor and that it needed a new one, so I asked him how much it would cost. I told him I would get the part, or in this case, the compressor. He quoted me $475 for labor. I bought the compressor on Amazon and then took my truck to him to have the work done. When he said it was ready, I went to pick it up, but he wasn't at the shop. I told the person who helped me that he had quoted me $475, to which he replied that it was going to be more expensive and quoted me $675. He gave me several excuses, and I reminded him that I had been given a cheaper price. I ended up paying $703, and now he doesn't want to give me a warranty because I bought the compressor myself. Not him, but at least he should have given me a warranty on the labor. In the end, he refused. Then it turns out the check engine light came on, which it didn't have before. I had taken a car there before and I think I was satisfied with the price and labor, but this time I think I had a very bad experience.

Fast, reliable, trustworthy, and doesn’t want to get ritch off of some woman that doesn’t know anything about a vehicle. Very well communication my car was only supposed to take two hours however, one of my air suspensions was giving trouble and still only charged me for the price he told me. From fixing my air suspensions in the rear end of my Lincoln, To communicating on what was going on, They did an amazing job.

A team automotive saved me what could have been thousands had I gone to any other shop in town. When I thought my transmission needed replacing( car went into limp mode and wouldn’t shift into second gear or drive faster then 15mph) A team automotive diagnosed the problem fast. Oil had leaked into a module connected to the transmission and after it was cleaned and plugged back in the car ran perfectly. The mechanic and owner took very good care of me and their honesty saved me thousands. Thank you Adrian and to the entire A team automotive crew!!!!

Reccomended by a friend, so happy I went with them for a lift kit installation! I got a very fair quote, and prompt updates on everything along the way. The owner and employees all genuinly friendly/skilled folks, couldn't be happier with my experience!

Needed my engine replaced. Called several shops for quotes. Read online reviews. Thought A Team Automotive quoted a fair price and had great reviews. Adrian said he would have my truck ready within a couple of weeks. It took 3 months to get my truck back. When I stopped by to make the final payment, about 2 weeks into this nightmare, Adrian wasn't there. I got a phone call from him saying I had harrassed his employees and that I needed to stay away. My wife took over contacting Adrian for updates. Most of the time, he wouldn't bother answering the calls and would not return text messages. My wife would stop by the shop every one to to weeks for updates. It was always one excuse after another. He also left my truck parked outside, with the window rolled down, before 5pm. No one was there. My wife saw this when she went by to try and get an update. She called Adrian and he stated it would be taken care of that evening when they went back over. He lied! When my wife went back over there at 9pm and also the next morning, the window was still wide open. Although the engine had been put in the week before and Adrian promised it would be ready the following week, the truck never moved. When my wife called him Wednesday and said that he promised it would be done this week she told him that it is hard to complete the job if you don't work on the job. The next day, Adrian called me to say the truck was finally ready. This was 3 months since he started the job. The lack of communication, the sorry excuses, and he didn't even have the decency to be there when I picked up the truck. I can guaranty that A Team Automotive will never touch another one of our vehicles. Not even if it is under a warranty condition! One star is too much credit!
