This shop is a LIFE SAVER. I had a tire blow out on the highway and I was at a 10000/10 stress level when I realized my car didn’t have a spare. I called and not only did they have the tire I needed, they offered a $150 service to come to me, change the tire and gave me a coupon and small gift. I didn’t catch the name of the lady who I was speaking with but she was very calming and kind when she could hear in my voice I was upset. They truly made a bad situation feel like I had the support of a family helping me. The price for the overall service wasn’t bad at all. Roughly $350 for everything.

I am not happy at all with my experience. I go to tire shops so they can help me out with choosing the right tire. We'll in my case that didn't happen I let the person know it will be for towing a 5th RV and she said that this certain tire would work so I trusted with what she said because she is the tire specialist. Well they got put on my truck at discount tire and I drove home. On the way home I could not hear myself think because the tires were making so much noise and a slight vibration in my steering wheel. SO I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. I just parked the truck and drove my old work truck. I called and spoke to the owner star and she said we'll I can't help you because you already drove with the. It has just been 2 days and I drove not even 2 miles to get to my house. She did say she can put me in another set of tires which are quieter and it will cost me 800 dollars more. I am a military VETERAN and I have alot of friends and military personal I deal with on a personal basis. I will be letting them all know about star tire shop not to buy due to my experience.Instead of getting a road tire the person gave me a RT tire which is made for rugged terrain wow I guess they use RT tires to pull 5th wheels these days. My advice is just go to discount tires or any other tire shop but star tire shop. Just saying. Should have known about the tires just by the look beware guys know about tires before you go hear because they will rip you off...So she said she provided me with another option which was stupid because for 800 dollars more I could have got the tires I wanted. So every time time I get in my truck the whole dash vibrates like crazy. Again I told the darn lady that helped me I was going to be towing a RV. So if these are the tires you guys pick for your customers to tow a RV yes you would be wrong. I will continue to write reviews because you guys were wrong but dont want to take the blame. Just gonna write to BBB this time so it will get out there better.

Stars tire shop has the best customer service that I have ever experience. They literally beat other tire shop prices. I will continue to purchase my tires from this place. Thank you Stars tire shop for a good deal on all 4 of my tires.

Hidden gem! Found this place yesterday. Needed a tire replaced (all 4 really) but had my donut on the car at the moment. Very down to earth and straight to the point, but she didn't push anything. Obviously she realized I needed all 4 tires, she gave me a great deal on 2 tires and I will absolutely be back for the other 2 shortly. Everyone was very friendly. Then I'm checking out and my card kept getting declined (using my Google wallet, it needed to be updated) struggled to find my card and she just me know they accept cash app. I eventually found my card, but she's got it all covered. I personally love working on cars myself and have never felt more "at home" in any other shop I've been to. Well done ma'am! Friendly, fast, honest, affordable.. what more could you ask for?!?!
