In 2022, I purchased a vehicle at Seguin Chevrolet outright and have previously tried to come back for routine maintenance but the time to get seen could be days. Last week I dropped my car off on Wednesday morning because it was turning off and sending strange alerts. Ethan was very personable and kept his word that he would get it looked at and get back to me. They determined a new battery was needed but required extra time to do a second diagnostic and asked for me to give them until Friday evening to get back to me. I also approved and oil change and now they are saying the price I approved did not include the oil. They did get my car back to me by close of business today for which I am grateful. This small town has no Uber or Lyft so at least I could walk to church. It's important to pass along to those working when you are not what has been communicated to a customer and keep them updated. Not knowing makes it impossible to manage alternatives, especially over a weekend.

I brought my truck in multiple times to have the transmission worked on. The first time they changed the torque converter and seal. When I picked up the truck for the first time, I pulled out of the parking lot and truck had the same issue. I returned to the dealership immediately and the service advisor told me that I needed to drive it for a thousand miles then bring it back. The second time I brought it back with the same issue and the dealership keep my truck for two weeks and could not find anything wrong even after the shop foreman test drove the truck with me and said he knew what the problem was. The third and fourth time I took it to the dealership the service director test drove the truck and felt the transmission having issues. The service director said they could not do anything due to not having any codes and told me to drive it until a code comes up. I have purchased six new Chevrolet trucks in the last seven years and never had an issue with any of the trucks until then. I will never do business with Seguin Chevrolet again. Since this issue I have purchased a new Chevrolet Trail Boss LT at a different dealership.

I was told to expect my vehicle to be there all day, but got a call in less than two hours that my vehicle was ready.
