I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys earned one! I brought my 2019 Volvo XC90 in because it had a loud brake noise that was driving me crazy. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They quickly inspected the vehicle, found the problem, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. What really impressed me was how transparent they were throughout the process and how they kept me updated on the repair. They were able to get my vehicle fixed the same day, which was a huge relief. The brakes now feel amazing and the noise is completely gone. I was nervous about the repair cost at first, but they took the time to go over everything with me so I knew exactly what was being done and why. The quality of the work and the attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in their service. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but Mendozas Auto Repair treated me right and did great work. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I found this shop on a Sunday, after having been quoted a hefty amount by Firestone for something that did not match the problem, so I went looking for a second opinion. The shop owner drove my car and confirmed that Firestone was wrong, he knew exactly what my car needed, eased my concerns, and even lent me a car so I could commute to work while the work was completed. It took two weeks to get my car back, but only because the shop owner refused to release it back to me until it ran perfect. Mr. Mendoza communicated every step of the way. After my experience, I have complete faith in this team, they are invested in the community and treat you like family.

I recently had some rear wheel bearings go bad as they were becoming increasingly loud as I drove. I gave Mendoza’s Auto repair a call, Ernest and his team got me in quickly and got me new bearings and brakes and got me back on the road. Pricing was excellent and customer service was top notch. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my vehicle instead of just trying to upsell me.
