J & A Collision Center

I can’t say enough great things about J&A Collision. I was in town visiting one of my locations when I suddenly had an issue with my trunk not closing. With a long drive ahead of me, I stopped by J&A hoping they could at least point me in the right direction. Man, I was impressed. From the moment I walked in, the humbleness and kindness of the ownership and the body tech really stood out. They didn’t treat me like just another customer, they genuinely cared and jumped in to help. They took the time to fix the issue and made sure I was good to go so I could get back on the road safely. I’ll forever be grateful for their willingness to help without hesitation. Even though I live an hour away, they’ve earned my business moving forward. I’ll absolutely be recommending J&A Collision to anyone who asks for a great, trustworthy body shop.

Alejandro and his crew are the best in town. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. They did an awesome job at a fair and honest price. I cannot say enough great things about these guys. Alejandro was really professional, stuck to his word, worked with me and kept me updated. Also no hidden fees to jump out and surprise you. They even got the job done days before when it was supposed to be ready. If you go in there these guys will take great care of you and you won’t regret it! We highly recommend J&A Collision Center. First of all, they did the work that a nearby company refused. (The other company wanted to do a BUNCH of work that we didn't want, at a very high cost.) Second, they worked with us regarding parts- we'd already purchased a bumper and they graciously put it on. (J&A told us it might not fit perfectly because it was not OEM, and they were right. However, they did what we asked and it kept our costs down. The car was a 2009- no need to make it 100% perfect.) Third, they did really great work! They made it mechanically, technically sound, and that is just what we needed. Lastly, they are family owned, and the service was professional, friendly and personable. Thank you, Alejandro, Julio, and all the people who worked so hard on our car! We know where we will bring future work, and we are telling all our friends and family about J&A.

This place is AMAZING!! After hitting a deer with my Traverse I was confused about what to do and were to go. Insurance did not guid me at all. But Alex at J and A was wonderful. He helped me through the whole process! From the time my vehicle was was towed to them until I picked it up, Alex kept me updated through the whole process! When picking up my vehicle I was able to meet the whole crew! Everyone was so friendly! I was completely comfortable and felt so welcomed. This place will be my go too in the future. The best part, they make you feel like family and not just another customer. Not to mention, my Traverse looks GREAT!! If I could give them more then 5 stars I most certainly would!! Thanks again guys for everything!!

I would highly recommend J & A Collision Center. They were easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The repair was completed within the quoted timeframe. The associate who assisted us was Alejandro and he was wonderful, extremely friendly and always smiling. He also was knowledgeable about the process and clearly communicated what we could expect. I would definitely use J&A again in the future.
