Griffith Ford Seguin Service

Worst experience I have ever had It hurts because all I’ve had are Fords. But unfortunately, I don’t think I will be going back to Ford anymore Took my 2018 Ford Explorer with 126,000 miles. My Wife’s vehicle. She is the only one who would drive it and took extremely good care of it, took it in for a Water pump leak, check engine, and a little jerking while driving. Took three weeks to get it back, my bill was over $5000 Finally they said it was ready picked it up drove home I wasn’t even home when the check engine light came back on and started jerking again. Went back dropped it off sat there for two more weeks. They charged me more money, supposedly was something else brought it home. Check engine light came back the next day and started jerking 100 times worse than was before, at that point I was tired and frustrated and tired of throwing away my hard earned money and time so took one more hit trading it in for a Toyota for less then the amount of money I had spent on the repair could not get more because vehicle had check engine and was running horrible So Toyota could not give me very much so I lost money on the trade-in also, ill just say this I got less than what my repair bill at Ford was !!!!! Super devastated with this whole experience and the major hit that my bank account took because of all this!!!!!! I did not want a new car payment since I am still paying for a 2024 F150 but I was left with no choice so now I have two car payments and it hurts. Let me tell you.

Think about it twice before taking you vehicle for service here, in february 2025 i took my truck in for some warranty service pinion seal was leaking, in late may took it back in because it was making a humming noise, they replaced pinion bearings and seals again and service the whole rear difrirential, 3 weeks later pinion seal started leaking again at this time i talked to another Ford dealer but they told me they could not do anything since it was a workmanship issue that i had to take it back to the dealer that did the job, i choose Griffith Ford in Seguin because it was convenient since i work near. 3 times in for the same issue with the 2nd time the truck staying at the dealer for 2 days. Also My transmission was up for service so i asked the service advisor to give me exact pricing he told me $399.95 ( i have text as proof) so i was like might as well its already here, by the time i was billed for this service it was $557 i called the service advisor he told me he was miss informed that the price he gave me didn't include filter and gasket i told him that's not what you quoted me for he brought it down to $504 still ways from $399.95, it was friday i needed my truck back so i just paid it... but not going back here.... i though about 2 stars because the staff was friendly but me paying more because they are miss informed, i cant.

Yesterday my husband got his phone lodged behind the windshield of our rented Ford Escape. We’re here on a vacation & I brought the car into Griffith to see if they could help use. All of the people were extremely kind & professional. They made sure we were comfortable & were able to get my husbands phone out without harming the car or phone! We were so grateful that they helped a non customer without a second thought & got us on our way again. I would highly recommend this dealership for the quality of service & the kindness of all of their staff. Again big thanks for the rescue & the generosity of your company. After all they did they didn’t even charge us‼️ Great people & great service. Thank you very much ❤️

The service department tries to take care of you. I've visited a couple times for various reasons. They are friendly. The receptionist/ cashier doesn't speak to customers unless spoken too. Kinda off putting when your handing over money. And the guy in accessories was inconvenienced with my purchase and questions about what I was purchasing. I'll go back for service despite the other issues but guess I'll look for a new outlet to purchase my Ford upgrades or want to my truck.

Went with a friend to look at a car. Our Dealership Guy was nice . Thinking about bringing in my PT Cruiser. 😁
