Great experience especially right before Christmas. My alternator was going out, they fixed it plus a fan problem I was having quickly and reasonable. They kept me very informed on what my car needed and how much it would cost. Excellent customer service and so far excellent work on my car.
View on GoogleTook my car in for an oil change. When they were done and backing it out they heard my brakes make some noise. Without even looking at them the gentleman up front said I would need pads and rotors. I just popped the wheel off to see if he was correct and he couldn't have been any more wrong. Pads and rotors are in perfect condition. They did need a little cleaning so i took a $5 wire brush and cleaned them up. Guess i saved myself a about $1195 dollars on their $1200 quote. Also the carfax for my vehicle clearly shows pads and rotors were just done a year prior to my visit which i guess he conviently ignored.

It was ready when he said and for the price he said it would be. I paid him with a card and picked it up the following Saturday. Very satisfied with Frank's.
