Alaniz provided us with the best service! Getting a flat is stressful enough, let alone on a holiday weekend with friends visiting from out of town. He was able to patch our flat in under 10 minutes from pulling up, and get us back on the road to birthday brunch, all while keeping us in stitches through out. His sense of humor and fun, personality diffused. What could have been a very stressful situation. I would recommend depot, tire shop, and Alaniz to anyone needing service.

I came on a Sunday! Not many tire shops are open on Sundays. I had to drive over 30 miles to get here. But man thankfully they are open till 3pm. The mechanic is a chill dude and helped me out. 20 dollars for fix. Not bad. Cash only.

I went here to buy tires for my Ford Maverick pick up truck. They sold me way too big of tires and he took like three hours to install because he Was making all kinds of revisions to my wheel wheel to make them fit…. Including running a grinder. I kept questioning if those were the right tires and he kept telling me oh he would make them fit….. Long story short all the way home, I could feel them rubbing my neighbor looked, and they were rubbing against the shock on the top of the tire….. so I called them and told him I was taking them back the next day and he told me they could not give me a new price because they were used and the only way he would give me full price if I traded them for another pair of tires there….. I ended up getting tires at discount tire because they had what I needed and I took all four tires back up there and He kept telling me he could not give me full refund….. That was over a week ago and I still have not gotten a dime back for them of my $940…….. I was a woman buying tires alone, and I felt like they thought they could take full advantage and sell me Something that would be dangerous For me to drive….. I live less than 10 miles from there and got back there within 24 hours…. I am working with my bank Now on a Fraudulent charge trying to get my money back…. I took this picture to prove I took them back….
