Absolutely terrible experience. Last night I had a blown trailer tire and already had a spare, so I called them for roadside service. They gave me a price and told me they’d arrive within 1 hour. I waited over 2 hours and they never showed up. When I tried calling back, their phone was either turned off or disconnected. No update, no courtesy call, nothing. If they weren’t available, they should have been honest from the start instead of wasting my time while I was stuck on the road. I had to call another road service and start the process all over again. This is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone who actually needs dependable roadside assistance.

They charge me 4200$ to replace my hub cap on trailer and two used tires. They change the bearings on the same axle because it was damaged. After 6,7 hours they told me only thing which is not working now is air ride system and they shut off temporarily. Everything else is perfect and trailer is good for longer time. After couple hours one tire is blow out which they replaced. For 2,3 days we go back to shop where we are going for all our repairs and they open the side where was the repair and everything it’s wrong and axle is totally damaged and we need to install other used one which is gonna cost us 4500$ more. They did everything wrong and let the driver go knowing that a big problem could happen, even a fire.This is the pictures two days after repair,when other shop open everything again,because we feel something is wrong. It’s not everything in the money guys,not fair…people risk their lives in the trucks!!!
