We had a breakdown in Seguin Tx. on the way to my son’s graduation in College Station Tx. Luckily we were able to drop off my vehicle here. They were extremely professional and more importantly very knowledgeable. From Mr. Pat who was my service advisor to Mr Tim who is the service manager they were unbelievably good and fast at diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. Also they did an amazing job in washing my vehicle in and out before I got it back. They kept me up to date and their communication with me was impeccable. All around very very good service all the way around.

My husband and myself have brought our vehicles in for service and the team went above and beyond both times. I was so thankful they were able to fix my vehicle same day. They provided a shuttle service too. The team provided exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a fabulous mechanic, then look no further! I highly recommend them!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Mr. Tim Dudley at Beck & Beck Buick GMC's Service Department in Seguin! I took our recently purchased 2025 GMC Yukon XL back in for service for the first time. It was actually a really difficult case because it was an unbelievably annoying but also very inconsistent "squeak". I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Tim, who pleasantly met me at the driveway with a smile along with a kind and sincere attitude. He immediately apologized for the slight delay but shared that he was getting to enjoy the pictures of another longtime customer's grandchildren (Tim shared with me that this person had been a customer since 1985.). I knew immediately that I was in the right place because a long time customer friend showing grandchildren photos was totally worth the extra couple minutes it took for me to be greeted; and I told Tim that too. I shared with him that this was my first time coming to their service department and that I likely had a difficult case with a squeak that may be tough to find. I shared with him that I was worried it was shocks or suspension or something like that because it always seemed to be coming from the driver's side and was loudest when the body was tweaked as it went over an incline. I had requested that I get to ride along to ensure that they were hearing what we heard. With a sincere smile Tim said, "Well, let's go!" and he climbed into the passenger's side. I was worried the squeak would either not happen or he wouldn't be able to hear it, but thankfully, it made the sound and he heard it clearly. Although I was very appreciative of Tim's calm and friendly demeanor, what I was MOST appreciative of was that he took the time to listen to me. He treated me just like that longtime customer from 1985. We literally drove the vehicle around the block at least 20 times. Using his decades of experience and his keen observation skills, he took over driving and quickly found the squeak. He got a can of dry lubricant spray and worked his magic. The noise would get quieter with each pass we made, but it would still happen. He NEVER gave up! Turns out it was several things . . . a plastic piece on the dash at the AC vent, tightening the dash mounting screws themselves, a piece of plastic on the outside cowl at the windshield and A pillar, and finally even adjusting the driver's front fender where it attached to the body just under the A pillar that seemed to be rubbing on inclines. We were out there for a little over 90 minutes. During all those trips of diagnosis, he and I had the best conversation . . . talking like we were old friends . . . relating to always being in trouble with our wives, to sharing about our children and grandchildren, as well as life and work experiences. It was just the most pleasant time I have ever had at a dealership's service department. Once we found the final source of the squeaks, we both celebrated because we had worked together solving this problem. When I asked him what the bill was going to be, he quickly said it was covered under warranty. I was so appreciative of his time, I asked if there was anything I could do and he told me that I leave him a good review on Google. Well sir, leaving you a good review was very easy because there were so many wonderful things to talk about! You have definitely gained another longtime customer even though I only started in 2025 instead of 1985!

Made an appointment for oil change, got there, but told i would have to wait, they had put another car on the lift. Didn’t know how long, and then wait for the oil change also. Another day ay i called to make a new appointment for the oil change. Was told to bring it in right then they were really slow. Got there in about ten minutes and waited 2 and 1/2 hours for the oil change. Probably last time i take it to them.

Beck and Beck did an awesome job of taking care of my car, and getting it ready when I needed to pick it up. Donna was an amazing Service Writer and we will be taking our GMC Vehicals back to them for any future work! Thank you Beck & Beck Buick GMC Service!
