This is one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to and the people who run it are some of the kindest and best mechanics I’ve ever met. My family has been going here for about 3 years now and every time one of us has had a issue they are able to identify it quickly and get it fixed in a reasonable amount of time and never over charge. Like today I went in thinking I was about to spend money on a new starter or alternator, but it was just something with the ignition cylinder and they didn’t even charge me anything!!! If you are looking for an auto shop in the Sachse, Wyile, and Murphy area, this is the place I recommend.

5/09/25: Family owned shop. Moe and his cousin Beau were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The shop was very clean and they have very fair prices. I had the brake pads replaced on my wife's SUV at a great price. They also have great oil change/inspection combo deals. They are very trustworthy, will advise of recommended services, but no pushy sales. They have a nice waiting area. The shop is easily accessible from SH 78. I recommend this shop.

Few months ago I brought my truck in because it wasn't starting consistently. The shop diagnosed it as a bad starter and replaced it but when I came to pick it up, the truck wouldn't run. I asked if I'd have to pay for the starter if the diagnosis of it being a bad starter was wrong. For some reason the mechanic got really upset and defensive saying “It probably just needs some fuel in it and it’ll run, but you know what I don’t want your business anymore I’ll keep the starter”. He then removed the starter he had just installed without putting my original one back, leaving my truck completely undriveable and forcing me to have it towed. I took it to another shop, and it turned out the starter was not even the issue — it was a fuel pump going bad. I replaced the fuel pump, kept my old starter, saved hundreds of dollars, and have been driving my truck without a single problem for the past 6 months. I wrote a review about the situation, but the owner just responded with lies claiming I came into the shop specifically requesting my starter to be replaced. I showed him images of our text convo where I word for word ask him to “check out what’s wrong with the truck”, not "how much does it cost to replace a starter?" which he claims (I’ll attach those images here as well). At that point he contacted Google and successfully got my review removed. Moral of the story, I recommend you STAY AWAY from this place and any other place that will pressure you into paying for a part that didn't fix your car.
