I am forever a long time customer of Integrity 1st Car Pros! First let me talk about the customer service. Tyler that is my guy! He is very welcoming and ALWAYS remembers my name! That is major for me when it comes to building customer relationships. Next up is the inside. It’s always clean, smells fresh, drinks & snacks are available for customers. There is even a MASSAGE CHAIR! Where can you go and while you wait on your car to be fixed you also get a massage….. no where! Lo! Then the service of my car. It is always fixed properly and in a timely manner. If they tell me 2 hours for my car to be complete best believe my car will be fixed in 2 hours! There is a message on the wall that says “The Only Way To Do Great Work Is To Love What You Do”. From Tyler to the rest of the team I can truly say they love what they do and because of it you will ALWAYS receive Great Work! Integrity 1st Car Pros in Sachse did an absolutely amazing job on my 1993 Chevy Silverado. They repaired multiple leaks and had my truck back to me running great, and I could not be happier with the service I received. Don, my service representative, was outstanding from beginning to end. Don was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and always on point. He communicated quickly, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Don really made me feel confident that my truck was in good hands. Lauren was also incredible. Lauren was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and she made the overall experience even better. It is clear that Don and Lauren both care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. What really stood out was how fast and efficient Don and Lauren were. Even when an additional part broke during the repair, they were able to get it replaced and still get my truck back to me in record time. That level of turnaround, especially with an older vehicle, was seriously impressive. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. One thing I especially appreciated was that they even allowed me to pick up my vehicle after hours for my convenience. That extra level of flexibility and customer service was awesome and really showed that Don and Lauren were willing to go above and beyond to make the experience as easy and convenient as possible. Integrity 1st Car Pros in Sachse has earned my trust and my recommendation. Don and Lauren both went above and beyond, and because of Don and Lauren, this was one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Tyler was extremely patient and helpful when explaining what was going on with my car. He even had pictures of the part that was leaking to show me so I would understand. The best part was he gave me options along with different price points to give me choices and affordability. He was very knowledgeable and even paid for a Lyft to take me home so I didn’t have to wait at the store. No one, not even expensive dealerships do that!! My car now drives so smoothly and I hope I won’t have any issues, but if I do I will definitely return to integrity first

I would not recommend to ALL my brothers and sisters IN CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD to allow INTERGITY 1st AUTO REPAIR to check the air pressure in the spare tire of their vehicles…The very reason and facts of this statement are valid as we have a receipt from WATTS AUTOMOTIVE from 16 months ago replacing the IGNITION COIL and it was still under warranty however RICHARD WATTS PASSED AWAY 8 months ago. He was OUR FAMILY MECHANIC FOR 15 years. My wife and I explained to ZANNE EXACTLY WHAT THE CAR WAS DOING…on Friday at 2pm Friday a couple of weeks ago…we were called at 4:30pm with the diagnosis…I personally went up to INTEGRITY 1st to make CERTAIN THAT THIS WAS THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS…ZANNE GUARANTEED THIS WAS THE PROBLEM BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PART ON MONDAY…they are “CLOSED” ALL WEEKEND. We RECEIVED A CALL AT 8:30AM ON MONDAY MORNING TELLING US THE CAR WAS READY. They opened at 8AM. The part I could have purchased for less than 200.00… HOWEVER WE WERE TOLD THE COST TO REPAIR VEHICLE 848.00…the location of this part there were NO SIGNS OF ANY WORK BEING PERFORMED AND THE EXACT IGNITION COIL BANK OF 4 is the EXACT SAME ONE RICHARD WATTS PUT IN BUT HE DID CLEAN OFF THE ENTIRE AREA THAT THE COVER POPS ON AND OFF… we drove the car less than 30 minutes and it DID THE EXACT SAME THING IT DID WHEN WE TOOK IT TO THEM…we drove it back to that INTEGRITY 1st and ZANNE WOULD NOT PUT IT ON THE DIAGNOSTIC CODE READER WITHOUT ANOTHER 160.00…I AM 60 years of age an ELDERLY DISABLED CHRISTIAN MAN AND I WILL UPLOAD TNE PICTURES OF WHAT I SPENT THE ENTIRE NEXT WEEK ATTEMPTING TO DO WHILE MY WIFE HAD TO WALK TO WORK BECAUSE INTEGRITY 1st COULD NOT HAVE ORDERED THE PART 8Am MONDAY MORNING AND REPLACED IT BY 8:30AM to begin with.. therefore they have NO INTEGRITY AND MAKE THEIR MONEY TAKING DISABLED ELDER PEOPLES MONEY FOR NOTHING WITH A SMILE ON THIER FACE…I HAD TO WORK ALL NIGHT LONG BECAUSE THE HEAT CAUSES ME TO PASS OUT…I had to replace the RADIATOR AND THE FAN AND TWO DAYS LATER THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING… May GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS JEFFERY AND EVELYN EVERETT THE SERVICE WE GOT WAS NOTHING AND THE COST OF NOTHING WAS 848.00 for 30 minutes of NOTHING…WE PAID 848.00 FOR A PHONE CALL OF A HUGE FABRICATED “Your car is repaired”

If you are looking for an exceptional automotive repair shop, Integrity 1st car pros in SACHSE. I have been to other locations and other shops. They do not hold a candle to the shop in Sachse. Tyler is remarkably transparent regarding diagnosing your car. I appreciate that transparency and what I found refreshing was that for instance, if there are 3 things that need be fixed, they prioritize- I respect that.
