Thank you for a great job. Chris and his team were great through this process and addressed all of my concerns. Thank you for such a wonderful clean interior at pick up as well. Would highly recommend. (White car hit me while I was stopped and carried me into a car in front of me. She was not looking not slowing, no insurance no license😡
View on GoogleI brought my car in last june to get fixed. They said no problem we can do it. Then they called and said the parts are on back order and may take awhile. I called them a month later not hearing from them and they said it's still on back order. I called back again a month later and they said it's still not in. I waited until today to call them again. Couldn't reach them so I called the claims department with insurance company. They offered to call Detroit for me to get status. The insurance claims agent comes back and says they spoke with Detroit and he told them parts could take 2 years to come in and recommend that I contact the dealership since insurance claim ends in June 2027. They could of told me this when I called back 2 times asking on the status. I only used this company because it was recommended by the insurance company. If you want to get ghosted with 0 customer service or follow up, use them at your own risk. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place.
View on GoogleDetroit Custom & Collision is a very friendly, professional, family owned business! I felt so welcomed & was taken great care of. I got into a car accident over the weekend & had dropped it off on Monday to be repaired. To my surprise the car was all finished by Friday, within 5 days!! Awesome work done by an awesome staff! Carrie who works front desk, calls to keep you updated during the process & I thought that was very thorough & kind of them to make sure I was informed. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to come here for any bodywork needs :) woo! happy customer! ‼️UPDATE‼️ got into another accident on 12/11/22 & yet again these lovely people took the best care of me. I love their welcoming energy & extreme high knowledge / expertise about all cars, insurance, rental process, legal matters, everything! I had so many questions & they literally had all the answers. I can’t explain enough just how grateful I am for Detroit Customs! They kept me informed throughout the process of repairing my vehicle & were quick in their turnaround. Thank you Chris, Carmen, Matt & Ashley!! ❤️

Excellent Quality service start to finish. Close to Enterprise rental and they picked up the rent car from there. I would highly recommend them
View on GoogleAll these photos were taking after the repairs were done. The pictures of the car paint falling apart after we went on a road trip and now the car looks exactly the same as it did before we took it to Detroit custom and collision. I would not recommend this place to anybody for any kind of work to be done.
