Before I ever scheduled the work, Wes spent a significant amount of time on the phone with me discussing regear options, explaining the tradeoffs, and helping me determine what would work best for my Jeep and how I use it. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision rather than simply selling me something. Throughout the process, Evi did a fantastic job keeping me informed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always knew where things stood. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated. Most importantly, the regear work itself was outstanding. The Jeep drives exactly the way I hoped it would, everything is smooth and quiet, and the quality of the workmanship gives me confidence that the job was done right. Trail Dogs Offroad has the feel of a shop run by people who genuinely care about their customers, their reputation, and the quality of their work. Between Wes's expertise and Evi's excellent communication, this was one of the best automotive service experiences I've had. I would absolutely trust them with my Jeep again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality off-road or drivetrain work. Hey Everyone, Trail Dogs took care of me very well during a ruff patch. My taco needed a new driveshaft, which I thought it was the rear end. Instead of a temporary fast fix they found a stronger build for me. It took longer, but not their fault, 3rd party built it then shipped it. They’ve got more work coming from me later on. Blessings
