Not good at all. I had gone by the day before for an oil change. He seemed busy, so I asked if tomorrow would be a better time, he said yes, so we agreed on 12:00. Although I had an appt., two people who arrived after me were taken care of first and left, so I was the only one there and an oil change still took them over 2 hours! And the two guys who worked in back were both outside smoking and having a good ol time! Finally, I got up and asked if I could go ahead and pay thinking they might get the hint! Plus, the amount was extremely high for an oil change. Also, the two dudes who changed the oil totally messed up my audio, it was not where it was, and after I got down the road, realized they didn't put a sticker on windshield, so I had to go back to get that! Terrible service.

This has to be hands down the best mechanic around. They helped me fix a problem with my truck that I’ve had for years and couldn’t get fixed. Ben the manager goes above and beyond and made sure my truck was finished timely. I won’t be going anywhere else besides 66 Auto from now on.
