There are not enough words to explain how lucky we are to have found these gentlemen. While on vacation we had issues come up with our diesel engine. We explained how we were on vacation and needed someone to look at the issue, they didn't hesitate to take our vehicle in and proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. When we went to pick up our vehicle they gave us a detailed report of what was wrong with the vehicle, and everything they did to fix it. They charged us an affordable price with how fast they took care of us in our time of crisis. They went above and beyond our expectations and when the engine light turned on again after we left they didn't hesitate to check it again for us and assure us a safe drive home. They are honest, trustworthy, and will help you out to get you back up and running. Genuinely great people we will always be thankful for!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend A-Z Cars and Trucks enough! They recently fixed the transmission in my Volkswagen Jetta, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. From the first phone call, they were kind, and incredibly transparent. They took the time to explain their process, discuss different parts options and brands, and were completely upfront about pricing. One of the biggest compliments I can give a business is honesty, and that's exactly what I found here. I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need or squeeze an extra dollar out of me. In fact, they were focused on helping me save money while still making sure the repair was done right. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to afford a transmission repair, but they gave me a great quote and went above and beyond throughout the process. They even fixed a light that was out on my car just because they noticed it. My Jetta is running great, and I've already recommended A-Z to several people. A-2-Z in Royse city was such a great experience. They were honest, empathetic & explained very thoroughly what was mechanically wrong with my jeep. This mechanic shop is honest and trustworthy! I recently went to Nissian dealership for an oil change and they did their multipoint inspection of my car. I knew it needed some work…but they came back with over $3k in repairs and that was just for parts! It wasn’t even the full total amount on top of the $106 they tried to charge me for the oil change. I left crying and freaked out to even drive my car home. I immediately went to A-2-Z Carz and Trucks and gave them all the information that Nissian gave me. Mike Hanna looked it all over and told me that they were freaking me out on purpose so I would spend $3k+. Mike looked over my car and told me exactly what needed to be done now and what could wait for later. Spent less than $1,500. AND they cleaned my engine! Look how pretty she is! They have a customer for life! Thank y’all so much for everything! Need more honest people like y’all in the world.
