I wish there was a way to give this person in the shop, a zero star or negative star he took my car for repair over three years ago as well as another car for the initial form of payment and I just realized he sold my car to someone without even letting me know that the car was done which he missed deadline after deadline I would not take my vehicle or anything to any person that’s affiliated with Southwest car care. They’re a complete joke, scam artist, and absolute crook unless you want something extreme happening to you like it is me I would just never using these people.

I do not recommend this shop at all! Was originally told turnaround time would be in/out within a week, over two months later I'm barely getting my truck back and it's still not fixed. Missed deadline after deadline is an understatement! Could never get a response from Ronnie, even after explaining to him that I had missed out on $20k+ due to work truck being down, and it was ok if he couldn't find the issue, I'd just take it somewhere else. After no response from him for a few weeks, I went to the shop myself one night and things that had nothing to do with the needed repairs (high pressure fuel pump) were done (truck wouldn't start, repo boom down, broken side mirror, etc). Did I mention that keys are left in vehicles for ANYONE to drive away with? The few times that he did answer it would be countless excuses, and him mentioning parts being ordered/installed that were never discussed with me prior. Now my truck has been down for a total of four months, and it was just dropped off with the third shop ...wish me luck :)

Ronnie is absolute the best. He told me it would be about a week as he is super busy and I told him no problem at all. I got my car back in the time frame and he fixed all my issues. This is the place to go to. Thank you Ronnie so much!!!!

I took my car into trophy Nissan for a routine oil change and they damage my car by improperly lifting on the lift and try to charge me $4000 so I had it towed to Ronnie shop. It ended up being that they busted the lower control arm when they put it on the lift Ronnie shop was great. I would recommend them to anyone.
