After years of trusting Kwik Kar with our family’s vehicles, this experience made it clear we will never return!!! During a recent service appointment, Noel broke the inside driver-side door handle on our vehicle and refused to take accountability for the damage. What was even more disappointing was the response from the Asian lady owner, who also would not take responsibility for her employee’s actions. Instead, we were told they could replace the handle only if we paid for the part ourselves, a part that costs around $40. At that point, it became clear that customer loyalty and accountability mean very little here. This is how they treat loyal customers who have spent THOUSANDS of dollars supporting their business for years!!! At this point, it’s not about the money; it’s about customer service, honesty, and accountability. It’s disappointing that a business would risk losing loyal customers over something so small rather than simply doing the right thing. A GOOD business owner understands that standing behind your employees also means standing behind their mistakes and doing right by the customer. She showed no concern what so ever for Noel's actions. After years of supporting this shop, we left feeling dismissed and undervalued. Very dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled.

I wanted to edit this review and say that we’ve been coming here continually for almost 4 years now. It’s always fast. We are never upsold on things we don’t need. They point stuff out that you may not notice that may need cleaning, replacing, etc. I like that. They’re not rude. They’re straight to the point but never rude. Today we came in with an issue from our previous oil change we had here, which was the first time they ever messed up even slightly. It was a huge mess up, honestly. They made a mistake where our oil ended up leaking almost completely for 2 weeks after they did our most recent oil change. Our engine could have blown. However, They fixed it kindly, quickly, and at zero cost, no attitude or anything. So at least there’s that. But do be aware this mistake was made here. So continue keep an eye on your oil maybe after coming here. In general, they handled it well and I’ll probably keep coming back. Here, they weren’t very friendly but got the oil change done that we needed without upselling us. We had arrived 30 mins to closing (we had to go straight from work), and there were a couple of other cars before us, and they still got it done quickly, which was awesome. They honored a coupon we had, which was nice. Was completed within 20 minutes. I wish I could have sat in the car like at the place we usually go while it was done, but they had us get out and go inside. I’m lazy 😂 but it was fast and the lobby was clean and nice, and although it was pricey, it’s still on par with what we normally pay. I’ll probably drive to Greenville next time so I can sit in the car and have friendly workers again. But this is a great and fast second option, especially since this place got us in and out so quickly.

Brought car in for state inspection. Staff was fast and friendly and didn’t try to do the typical “you need an air filter replacement” scam. Will come back again.

2018 Volkwagen Passat oil change. Service was quick they told me the cost up front and was out the door pretty quickly probably 15 minutes. This was the most I have ever paid for a oil change in my car so competitively I will stick to my regular shop but the service was great.

Went in for an oil change naturally they tried to get me to change my cabin filter i said I'll do it, he walks away and throws the dirty filter in my seat and left my seat dirty noel to be exact as to who did it definitely not coming back to this establishment
