My niece had car trouble in the middle of the night heading to Texas and was fortunate to be referred to Dr. G Auto Services. Unfortunately the alternator went out and was able to order and get the needed part and got her on her way. He was reasonable and a honest man. He even accepted an out of state check to avoid her having to pay extra for using a debit or credit card. Who does that?A good and honest man!! I highly recommend the Dr. G. Auto Service in Royce City, TX.

We recently moved to Royse City and had to take our truck to Mr G's. He is so honest he explains what the problem is and will contact you with the price which was very good. We will be taking all our cars here. I would recommend him to everyone if you want a job well done at a fair price. When we picked up our truck he was helpful showing us the work that had been done and even letting us know we were a little low on fluids which he would've filled if he knew which oil we used synthetic or regular. He is awesome!! Thank you again Mr G and God bless

Skilled mechanics, extremely trustworthy! My daughter and I were traveling from San Antionio, TX to Charleston, WV. When we stopped at a nearby gas station she noticed a hose under her car was broken and dragging the ground from a strip of tire that was in the middle of the road that she had ran over. Due to the positive reviews we drove the 1/2 mile to Dr. G’s, even though we did not have an appointment, he understood the emergency situation and was able to repair the gas vapor hose so we could continue our trip safely. I am so grateful for his helpfulness, expertise and updates throughout his process of finding a solution since a replacement part was not available for 2 weeks. He was able to repair the existing hose so we could get back on the road quickly. We made it home safe and sound thanks to Dr. G and I enjoyed talking with him, such a pleasure to work with even though we were going through a stressful situation. Highly recommend, very reasonable price for the work he performed!

My car died at Country Friend Vet Clinic this morning in 32 degree weather. I was stranded, cold and late for work.....I had no cash on me.....but they still came out and jumped my car at no charge! I couldn't believe it! He said he didn't want to leave me stranded. Now that is an auto place I will do business with, they care about the people not the money. So rare these days. It puts my faith back in humanity. God bless you Dr. G Auto Service. You are the best!!!!! My husband will be stopping by this week to thank you in person for taking care of his stranded wife along with a little token of appreciation.😁

He is a wonderful man that actually cares about people. He went out of his way for me and actually didn't charge me to have his guy come get me so I could follow him to his shop. He charged me only a portion of the labor costs and didn't do anything that was unnecessary. He doesn't accept credit cards. Cash or check only. He gave me his personal cell phone number to make sure I was able to reach him when I needed him. This shop restored my faith in humanity! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
