I brought my 2023 Toyota highlander because battery is discharging overnight. The service department kept it for six hours and told me that they did several tests and replaced the battery. The next morning the battery discharged as if nothing was done to it. On Sunday I checked it again and it was very week. I will take it back to the service department. They had ample time to diagnose the issue. I am least satisfied with Toyota of Rockwall service department.

They make promises they can’t keep. Customer service reps always say they’ll look into it and call back - never do. Then the past two times I’ve gotten an oil change there I specifically ask them not to overfill it- because they always do. They say of course, but when I check later it is overfilled. This could cause the transmission to drop leading to tons of expenses in parts and labor. I feel like they do it on purpose. I’ve asked them to fix the alignment issue I’ve had since I purchased my tundra 2024 - they say they did but right after I pulled it out of their garage it steers right. Just totally disappointed every time I deal with these guys. I am doing my own servicing now.

As usual had the best experience today in their service department. Went in with an issue of my hatchback not closing properly. The team was unable to figure out how to fix it so was given a referral to Payne & Son's Body Shop who was able to diagnose the problem and had it fixed in no time. Thanks to Mic and his excellent team at the service center, they knew when they were above their head and worked out a solution to my problem. The ONLY service center who will touch my car from now on. ♥️

I was happy before getting my car serviced, but for the prices they charge, they should double-check the work done. There's been two times where maintenance light was not reset. I paid for headlights to be restored and have some spots on them still. Will be taking it back and hopefully this time they look better.

To solder and shrink wrap some wires they charged me $660, 3.5 hours of labor, an oil change is close to $100. This is insanity, take your business to other shops, they will rob you here.
