I called around to get a quote on having an air conditioning diagnostic run on my Audi and no one could even get to my car for at least a day and 1/2. View on GoogleTook my 2022 Honda Odessey in for an Emissions Error message and to have the front lower control arms replaced. Spent over $2000 and a month, and the issues were not resolved. The parts used for the lower control arms/bushings were low quality or something because after the replacement the van started making a popping sound. After the vent valve was replaced the light for emission error came on again. They then replaced the evap canister and the purge solenoid. The light came on again, and we asked them to check the popping sound. Each time they had the van for a long period of time and I finally just went up there and got the van and said thanks anyway. They were skipping over working on our van while doing other faster work and just letting ours sit. They dismissed my inquires about the control arms or bushing being the cause of the popping sound and obviously never resolved the emissions issue. We’ve taken other cars here for work such as transmission flush, oil change, clock in dashboard replacement (though this job was pretty sloppy and the plastic in the console was never the same again) other than them having lack of space for the amount of cars they see, they did a decent job. If you have an older car, or a simple job, they can handle it, but I wouldn’t go back for anything computerized or anything alignment related. They offered to have us come back, but after 3 tries and no fixes I lost my trust in the place. We had to go to the dealership and have all the work redone, so no we won’t be back and I really wish I had my money back.

Today they happily took my 5 year old up close to the car to help fill the tires with air and peek into how they fix cars. It made his night! Thank you for the excellent care, help, and warm welcomes. This whole team is friendly and stellar. We will stop in anytime our car needs help!
