Short story (filter not installed correctly, stalled vehicle in the interstate). Living near here I really wanted to like this place. I happily asked for the premium high mileage oil. While getting the oil change, I got the classic upsale offer on my air filter. The old filter was totally fine, but I agreed as I do like to take good care of my high mileage work vehicles. The tech struggled with the filter for about 5+ minutes. After failing the entire shop rallied to try. Eventually the manager came over to try and quickly latched it in. Unfortunately it was quick because it wasn't latched properly. The days after leaving the van began to struggle to idle. I planned to have a mechanic take a look. Today while driving down the interstate, the van shut off abruptly in traffic 3 times. The last time, I had no braking power and nearly caused an accident This was a very simple, but very avoidable mistake. If you're going to upsell an over priced product, at least us the margin to hire competent help.

If you are in need of an Oil Change this is your spot. It's drive through so you never have to get out your car. They go above an beyond with the service provided. They do a free inspection on your vehicle and if anything needs a top off they got you. One of the best parts is if you ever need a top off in between your oil change it's free. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend using them.

All information was documented and sent to my email. I had no wait time and I was in and out in about 30 min. I was super impressed with the honesty, customer service and speedy completion. I will return!
View on Google11/10 !! as soon as i pulled up, i was greeted. told them what i needed, i expected an hour wait, he told me wait in my car, and they would get me pulling in in less than 15 minutes! 8 minutes later im pulling into the bay, 5 minutes after that, im paying and on my way!! excellent service, excellent staff, clean environment, and i will definitely be back!! huge shoutout to joe and bruce, they were who worked on my car and were just phenomenal people. between them and the other people there, this would be a place i like to hang out even if i wasn’t getting anything done on my car lol. i also love i get to sit in my car and let them do what they gotta do. this was my first time here and i will Definitely be back!!
