Edgar did an amazing job fixing my vehicle. The parts came in incredibly fast, and he completed everything in just one day. He was upfront, honest, and kept me informed throughout the process. He even took the time to check out a few additional things that weren’t included in the original estimate and didn’t charge for it. Great customer service and quality work — highly recommend!
View on GoogleI have never dealt with a more quick, friendly and overall fantastic body shop until them. I went to three other big name body shops here in Rockwall they all quoted me anywhere from $500-1,500 more AND more time to fix it. Also as a lady going into those other body shops they didn’t explain anything and also frustrated when I asked questions. Everyone I have spoke to here has been so kind, helpful and great customer service. I dropped my car off Monday and was done by today Thursday such quick turn around! And Edgar explained everything where I could understand because I know nothing about all the car jargon, he was very honest with me and didn’t try to upsell me like one body shop did to replace my tail light. Just gave me an advice to keep an eye on it and if I didn’t need it done how much it would be later. And then even vacuumed my car mat for me. Hopefully, I will not need a body shop anytime soon knock on wood, but I do know where to go and also to tell people to go. Thank y'all again so much for all you did and also a frustrating situation that much easier!
View on GoogleAfter visiting several shops for paint and dent repair I am very glad we went with Metalworkz. Edgar was very easy to deal with, transparent, and responsive. We had a 10 year old vehicle that had seen the typical dings, scrapes, and rubs you get from driving around the metroplex for a decade. Edgar was able to repair all of it effectively and the paint looked like factory new. We also had them tint windows and detail inside and out for a "like new" condition. We were paying out of pocket for repairs and this is exactly what we were wanting to get done without overkill. He also got it done in under a week whereas other shops were quoting 10 to 14 business days.
