Not Audi certified. Did not put 2 parts crucially needed back on my Audi correctly after an overpriced oil change of $164.00-Audi dealerships don’t charge this much either. After both parts, totaling $900, and that is with ME brokering the deal with an actual certified Audi certified auto center, the Area Mgr still wanted their uneducated high school guys employees there to put back on the one part bc they had NO CLUE they screwed up and lost 2 parts. Area Manager then offers a box of donuts to Christian Brothers to put the one part on bc AGAIN no clue TWO PARTS missing. Then he refuses to pay for the labor charges. He wants to order from Nevada, doesn’t file claim until later, leaves me without a functioning car for 9 days & offers nothing. THEN Horizon Auto offered me the discounted first part & no labor BUT when further investigation the AUDI CERTIFIED TECH told him about part two missing. AREA MANAGER is now gripping to pay labor again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUDI OR OTHER GERMAN CAR HERE. THEcustomer service for this 9 day issue has been stressful & Kwik Kar area manager was MORE THAN HAPPY to dump it in my lap to pay. I’m out $411.96 and he is to mail me a check but I pray his word is good. This customer service was inexcusable. Left whole engine, transmission, oil pan all exposed.

View on GoogleNeeded an oil change, inspection, and air in my tires so I came here because of the reviews as I am big on customer experience since I also work in customer service. The reviews did not lie! I was met by Danny who was very welcoming. Before I even mentioned it myself, he offered me a coupon. This is the first time that’s ever happened. Braylon came over tag teamed and welcomed me as well. Danny walked me to the lobby door for the waiting area. Braylon updated me on my car and services with no pressure at all which was very refreshing. Braylon also checked me out when everything was done and we had a good laugh. Then Danny came back in and shook my hand as a send off. I will drive the extra few miles to get this experience every single time. It is VERY RARE and I appreciated it!
