I've been here a couple of times for tire-related services and have always had a positive experience. The staff are professional, explain things clearly, and don't make the process feel stressful. Service is usually completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the pricing has seemed fair. It's a dependable shop that I would feel comfortable using again for future tire needs.
View on GoogleI had been to several places about having new struts and sway bars put on the front of my vehicle. Each place gave me prices close to $2500. I had forgotten about Goodyear or Just Tires about having the work done there. I took it to John the Store Manager. They saved me $1100 dollars. I got the struts with springs sway bars and wheel alignment for $1400 with a life time guarantee on front end alignment. Before you just pay for whatever it is the shops are quoting you. Get an estimate from John at Goodyear/ Just tires. You might be surprised that he can beat the price. Thanks John for your help.
View on GoogleWife had tire install they never called her to let her know it was finished she had to check... Also I bought new tires and had a set of new rims installed with them... They never mentioned my old tires and rims once I went for pickup. I ASSUMED they were loaded in back of my truck... I forgot all about them being in the rush I was in... then realized they were not in the back up my truck shortly after driving. I had to call and ask for them and so I drove back to pick them up which was an annoyance... Overall they seem very busy, work was satisfactory. But not my best first experience also the new rims required a longer set of lug nuts and they had to get them in the morning after I offered to go buy some before they closed.... they said they could do it and they did but I was never told how much they would cost... $79 would have been nice if they would have mentioned that ahead of time instead of at pick up but non the less they made it happen so I could get to work on time... Overall complaint is they overlook the little details when dealing with customers like call backs and asking clients about their old rims...
View on GoogleI have gone to just tires multiple times with no issues. They are never very friendly, but the work got done so it is what it is. Tonight I had a low tire, pulled up 20 minutes before they closed. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me only to be told they close in 15 minutes so they can’t help me but they can make an appointment for tomorrow. You know what, no thanks. Came to Firestone instead. Who also closes at 7. They have 5 other customers in the lobby and got me right in with no issues and friendly service. Guess I know where to go from now on.
