Group 1 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Rockwall Service Center

I have had pretty good dealings with some of the service liaisons at Rockwall CDJR, in terms of customer service. However, they are ALWAYS backed up, if you schedule an appointment, that is just to speak with their service tech, and speaking from experience, if they keep your vehicle I hope you have a spare. Today was a different experience, however. Today I came in for a service and all seemed well, they could get my vehicle in the bay and I'd get it back same day. Then I presented a coupon I received in the mail. Talk about a complete demeanor change up straight to unchanging to make up the difference. I will drive out of my way if possible to never use this dealership again and seriously considering leaving the brand altogether. They need a change in leadership yesterday.

Couldn’t fix a noise that was obviously duplicable &coming from the steering wheel ! You can literally drive it for a minute and right away you make the noise happen -Send the advisor the video of it as well -Dropped off and left it for a few days ! Received the vehicle back the same way . Either they didn’t want to work on it or spend much time on it because the vehicle had less than 10k miles and under warranty . But that’s truly unacceptable ! We bought the vehicle new from there and expected better service.

Purchased a brand new custom build 2024 Dodge Durango SRT 392 Plus in May 2024, took it Rockwall Dodge location this past August for the first oil change and a week ago, a large puddle of oil is on the floor of the garage. While getting the car serviced, the service rep also offered a three deal oil change package in which he claimed he was giving us a good deal for $215. Yesterday 10/25/25, we decided to take our car to another Dodge dealer because there is no way a brand new car should be leaking oil. It was determined the oil filter was never tightened when they put it on and it was very, very lose which was causing the oil to leak out. This type of incompetence is unacceptable and I don't appreciate what seems to be an intentional act of malice to create mechanical problems with our brand new car so we would have to keep bringing our car in for expensive repairs. Being this is an over $80,000 car, the maintenance upkeep is very expensive and they also overcharged us for the oil change package which would have cost us only $165 if we just went to the second Dodge dealership that we just took it to in the first place. What a SCAM overcharging us for the oil change package and what seems intentionally not properly tightening our oil filter so our car will have mechanical problems. This was our first and last time at this dealership and we will never take our car here again and I literally just a week before the oil started leaking gave Rockwall Dodge a 5 star review on the survey they sent. I am now rescinding that rating and changing to one (zero) if I could. I don't appreciate this dealership deceptive practices and screwing us over like this and I would not recommend them for your vehicle.

Terrible communication from service team. They will keep your vehicle hostage for days while it sits on the lot not being worked on. No updates. No eta. No loaner vehicle. I will drive 30 minutes further to the next closest service center before coming back.

We brought our 2021 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon here for an oil change on 9/7/23. Overnight, the vehicle leaked roughly 1/2 quart of oil onto the driveway due to the drain plug not being secured fully. They also did not check any other filters on the vehicle, which needed to be replaced. We took the Jeep to McKinney who notified us of the filters, and also tightened the drain plug and added the oil that had leaked out. Thankfully, we noticed it, and the vehicle did not run low oil, or the plug loosen further while it was being driven. For a service so simple, it's disappointing to see such lack of attention paid to a vital component. We will never bring our vehicle back to this dealership for service, and we now have a nice oil stain on our driveway.
