I had my car towed to the shop on May 16th. I hit a pot hole and impacted the front right tire. I was told I'd get my car back on the 29th. On the 29th, I called the shop an hour before closing to see if I'd be getting my car back that day. I was told, "Yes." I get home, get out of my car, and the left driver side reflector light is literally coming from my car. I left a text review to make them aware about this. Then the next day I noticed they didn't put my Honda guard screen back on my right side tire. They left it sitting in my drink holder covered with server ticket books that I left in my car that I audit for work. I bring my car back on Monday to get them to fix the left reflector light, to put back on my tire screen guard, and to replace the left head light bulb that was out. I spoke to a gentleman who told me that my left side was already damaged coming in. I told him that I didn't agree, because my reflector was never like that until I received it back, and that it should look the same as the right side. He then said, that he would order the part for me, and fix the left side reflector as a courtesy. That all I had to do was leave 10 star reviews. Which I went home, and did for them the same day. I called a week or so later, and left a voicemail with a follow up about getting the left reflector side fixed, and NOTHING. If he didn't want to do it or never intended to, just say that. I'd rather them have kept my car longer than anticipated, and give it back to me right. Then to give it back the way that they did.

They love to total fixable cars, found my old Mustang forsale n talked to the new owner who runs his own body shop out of Arizona, he sent me in depth pics and sent me invoices on the car that he fixed with a “bent frame” but crash champions never even did a tear down to properly assess the car. Hell all he had to do was swap body panels and paint n an alignment n guess what the car drives straight. And he bought all new parts direct from a ford wholesaler. Stay away from chain shops n take it somewhere else save your self the money on buying another car.

From start to finish, the entire experience reflected exceptional professionalism, proficiency, and care. Natalie’s leadership ensured the process was seamless and well-coordinated, while Martha and Jadlyn consistently demonstrated outstanding customer service through their communication, attentiveness, and commitment to keeping us informed throughout the repair process. The technician’s workmanship was flawless, and the quality of the repair exceeded expectations. It was evident that pride, expertise, and attention to detail were applied at every step. Your efforts made a meaningful difference for my father and our family.

Considering this part of Texas was just hit with a major hail storm they worked hard like a spider on the web to get us our vehicle back as fast as possible. The repairs were excellent and I do not believe you could find a better lead employee than Natalie. She is seriously awesome and Champions you should take care of solid employees like her.

Amazing job! They had my car in and out in no time. The drop off, rental and pickup was easy. Chuck is the man to go see, his customer service is outstanding! 10/10 recommend this location for your car repairs. Everyone was friendly and they kept me updated on the repairs being done
