I’ve had my car worked on by Christian Brothers Automotive twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. The service has been great every time, and the staff genuinely goes above and beyond. After this most recent visit, I realized I had left something very important in my vehicle, and they actually took time out of their day to bring it to me, even though I don’t live in Rockwall. That level of customer service is rare. David especially stands out. He reminds me of the kind, honest people from my small hometown in Oklahoma, easy to talk to, straightforward, and absolutely no pressure whatsoever. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop you can truly trust, and I can say I won’t go anywhere else from now on.

I’m deeply disappointed with the quality of work at this shop. I had a simple oil change and tire rotation on Thursday, May 4th. On Friday evening, after my wife returned home from work, I opened the hood to check the oil and inspect the engine bay. To my dismay, I discovered a large puddle of oil on the garage floor. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the drain plug was loose and could be turned by hand. What truly bothers me is that I know who performed the oil change—Levi, the courtesy driver. It’s disheartening that this oversight occurred, and I can’t help but wonder if I should ever return to your shop for any further work.

I liked that they provided a digital inspection report of the work that needed to be done. It was great to see pictures that corresponded with the areas that needed addressing. They explained the repair in detail, rating the importance of necessity. They also provided Other areas of Maintance to address at a later point in time. Good to keep an eye on. Overall, I was impressed with her professionalism and level of care and service. I would highly recommend. *****
