I've been bringing my 2010 Toyota here ALL summer. Literally since like late May/early June when my A/C went out. I liked the vibes from that first experience with them, and took my car back to them to inspect it for a road trip I'm taking soon. My girl is almost at 200k miles. I haven't taken very good care of her in the past, so I knew there would probably be some big things that needed taking care of. And there were. Let me level with y'all: this shop is full of really kind, compassionate people. I have never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to. Mike, Andrew, and Trace are all really sweet and happy to help. They readily explain the issues with my car and how parts work without making me feel dumb for not knowing. I've actually kind of low key started watching YouTube videos on some of the repairs they have made on my car because their explanations were fascinating. 😅 This shop has gone above and beyond in making sure my car is taken care of. I'm extremely grateful. they have earned my complete trust in their work.

I would get a second opinion after getting a diagnostic here. The mechanic and another person in the office suggested I change my transmission. They stated that they had just worked on the same issue for another customer, charging them $7k-$10k. I went to another mechanic shop and all I needed was a $500 transmission fluid replacement. Problem solved.

Just took my 2015 GS350 in recently with over 200K miles to be fully serviced @ updated for the next 100K miles! Everything I read on previous reviews was 100% accurate in my experience with the details & services provided @ every level. Outstanding job to all those who took care of my ride!!! Highly recommend if you want your car taken care of by true professionals…

Excellent service... problem was fixed at no charge- covered by warranty by Gierisch... quick turnaround, coordinated with my extended warranty company very quickly, professional, courteous staff. A very pleasant experience with getting my Jeep Wrangler. My Yukon Denali has also been in for some service. I got the same level of service as i received with my Wrangler. Thank you all... I believe you are trying to make a customer out of me :-)
