Thank you, Mark and the entire team, for your hard work and for making such a stressful situation so much easier. Words cannot describe how great of an experience I had at the Roanoke location. I worked with Mark several times last week, and he provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Long story short, I had family visiting from out of town and my car suddenly needed immediate repairs. With such a small window of time, Mark and the entire Christian Brothers team went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired and returned to me before the weekend. This meant so much to me because they understood how important it was for me to have reliable transportation while spending time with my family. Mark kept me informed throughout the process, and the team’s dedication, professionalism, and sense of urgency truly exceeded my expectations. This was my fourth time coming to this location, and experiences like this are why I will continue to return. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service and truly exceptional customer care, I highly recommend this location.

Poor communication. I scheduled a 9a appointment for an alignment. When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told it would be “a few hours”. When I called the shop at 3p, they said I was “next in line” and that it would “hopefully” be done between 5-6p, and that the shop closes at 6. “Hopefully” done up to 9 hours after I dropped it off, with a possibility of not being done before they close for the day is UNACCEPTABLE! Especially since I need the vehicle to get to work the next day. What started as a simple errand on a day off turned into a mad dash to get to the shop before they close so I can get to work the next day. If you need the work done in a reasonable amount of time, make sure you hang around the shop so you aren’t put on the back burner. Just getting a call back isn’t likely. To be fair, the vehicle was finished (at the last minute) and everyone is very pleasant and helpful face to face. I was also given a free inspection detailing items I’ll be keeping an eye on.

I had a great experience thanks to James. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated how he explained every part of the issues in question, which gave me a clear picture of what needed to be fixed. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. I highly recommend this business if you want excellent customer service.

I have lived in Roanoke for about eight months now and I just realized the other day that there was a Christian Brothers in town. So When my car desperately needed an oil change, I knew exactly where I was going to go. The staff is incredibly kind and you can tell that they are all genuine. They take very good care of their customers, even offering me popcorn after I was waiting for my car for a few hours. (I didn’t mind waiting As I had a few things done to my car). They would ask me every so often if I needed a water or anything to be more comfortable. I cannot express enough, how great of service They provide from booking appointment To basic hospitality. Something I look for in mechanic Work is also pricing And Fairness. It’s hard nowadays to fully find a body shop that you can trust to not throw in random tests or charges just to get money out of you. The prices at Christian Brothers are always reasonable and they don’t try to sell you snake oil for your car. If you live in the area or even around the area, I recommend them any day for your car needs!

I had a truly great experience with Christian Brothers Automotive. I brought my truck in with multiple issues — the AC wasn’t working properly on the driver’s side, and it needed shocks, an oil change, and a few additional repairs. They took me in at the last minute without hesitation, which meant a lot. The pricing was fair, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. They also used genuine GMC parts, which was a huge plus for me and gave me added confidence in the quality of the repair. What really stood out was the level of care and service. Since my husband was at work, they arranged to pick me up once my vehicle was ready. They sent a female driver, which I truly appreciated. She was professional, respectful, and not intrusive. I also appreciated her choice of Christian/gospel music — it created such a peaceful atmosphere. We ended up having a meaningful conversation about the Lord, and it was refreshing to connect with another believer in such an unexpected setting. In a time where you have to be mindful of what you say and to whom, that moment meant more than I can express. My only regret is that I didn’t have cash on me to tip her, as I normally would. Mark was outstanding throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all services were handled properly. That level of communication and follow-through does not go unnoticed. I also appreciate that they stand behind their work with a strong warranty and have multiple locations across the U.S., which adds another layer of trust and reliability. This is a business that operates with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. I highly recommend them.
