My service Advisor, Matt Workman, was absolutely wonderful. He made me very relaxed and confident in the repair and the result was fantastic. He explained everything to me very well and made sure my car was ready under 4 days as he promised. He had the parts pre-ordered, so when I dropped it off on Tuesday, he made sure it was ready for pickup on Friday of the same week. The work done was very good that I immediately forgot the accident and it felt like my car was brand new again. The receptionist was very nice and caring as well. I would say my entire business with Texas Collision at West Plano Parkway was wonderful and commendable. I would surely recommend them to anyone needing repair services. I give Matt and his team, a 10/10. Thank you guys for the work done. It was much appreciated.

I am truly satisfied with the service provided by Darios Hicks, who has been assisting me with my vehicle repair from day one. He was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was delivered on time and returned in excellent condition, which I greatly appreciate. The overall repair experience was smooth and well managed. The only concern I noticed was related to one of the repair components. I was initially informed that the cooling radiator would be replaced with a new part; however, the final bill indicated that a used cooling radiator was installed. I would appreciate some clarification on this point for better transparency. Overall, I am thankful for the team’s effort and the quality of service provided.

The damage to the car done by a drunk driver, which I thought was going to take at least two weeks to repair, was done in a WEEK. they made the car rental process so easy somebody was there ready to meet me take me to enterprise, pick up my rental and when my car was ready, I was able to just leave my rental with Texas collision centers and they checked it in for me. They could not make it anymore easy fast and stress-free. I knew there was a reason I chose this place and they exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend !!
