PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS POSTIVE AND NEGATIVE! Before the review let me say my dad my brother and me have gone here with different stuff (me only for oil changes) I dont feel like giving even 1 star. Honestly ive had oil changes done which ive never had a problem. I want to tell you to read the reviews before visiting. I understand this is a business but one thing they need to understand is customer service which they dont have they are all disrespectful especially the owner no integrity I was told one price and if they tell you a price please get it in writing or do that same day. The price when I went in today jumped today over 200 dollars and the owner was yelling at me when I calmly told him what he told me. I had my son with me and he thought it was ok to yell while customers were in the store. The owner just doesnt care about anything. NO RESPECT no explanation on anything. Please be careful! I put pictures of the owner and thats the guy who changed up prices on me plus had me drop off my car and I even waited because I understand they are busy.

Went to get my tire checked and they lost one of my tire screws cause I saw a guy come and grab the drill and chunk the screw that was there. And then they couldn’t find it. And I heard the owner guy yelling the guy who was putting my tire in just to do a different size screw and I saw the guy using two different keys to drill them. I question the owner cause I’m standing right there and he gave me a stupid response about a tire I wasn’t even fixing.

The WORST Tire Replacement Experience I’ve Ever Had – DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP I took my Jeep to AAA Discount Tire & Auto Care to replace two tires. Not only did they damage my custom rims with their tire machine, but the owner, HAWAR RAMAZAN, showed zero accountability. At first, he denied any wrongdoing, even when presented with clear evidence. Eventually, he admitted that his machine caused the damage, — but then told me, "I’m not fixing it. I’m not doing anything about it. I'm not paying to have rims repaired or replaced." Let that sink in. He admitted fault but outright refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution. No apology. No repair. Just blatant disregard for the damage they caused to my rims. This place operates with ZERO integrity, no customer respect, and clearly doesn’t care about doing right by people. If you value your vehicle, your time, or your money, STAY AWAY from this business. There are plenty of honest, competent auto shops in DFW. This is NOT one of them.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND first off I didn’t mean to come here after my first experience but GPS the closes tire shop nearby and ended up here but I realized quickly why I didn’t want to come back. When I got there no one greeted or acknowledge you I sat there for 15 minutes before someone came to me the guy who patched my tire had an attitude and just rough with my car……Another car pulls up while he fixing my tire inside he stops on my tire to help them after I already had waited there for the longest and had to wait another 10-15minutes before he came back and picked my tire up off the ground to put on my car. He then slam the tire so rough on my car that my car was shaking with me in it. What really ticked me off was he didn’t even lower my car properly he just dropped my car and pulled the jack out I was completely appalled he then told the older gentlemen that was standing there to tell me what I owe and just walked off. The older Guy was looking confused and so was I completely pissed me off but I will make sure I never go here again. They are Rude and do not care about your vehicle at all

I was driving in the area and noticed my tire was showing wire. I called and they told me to come in they close at 6:00. It was so convenient and easy and they have great prices. COME CHECK THEM OUT next time you need tires.
