Many thanks to Arthur and the team at European Auto Tech. Was purchasing an Audi from a local dealer and I wanted to try and get a last minute inspection done on the vehicle. Arthur was able to fit me in on a Saturday and thanks to their findings, I was able to get the dealer to cover most of the repairs as part of the purchase. My adviser, Arthur, was very friendly and straightforward. I was able to make a next day appointment, unlike some dealers who require to make an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I got my ML350 A/C fixed there the same day at quite a reasonable price. He explained the issue to me clearly and gave me the upfront cost estimate. The repair was done well without any issues. I am very satisfied. I will send my cars to them for regular maintenance as well in the future.

I met the service manager Arthur for the first time when I took my BMW 750i, and was pleasantly overwhelmed by his humble behavior and honesty.
