They informed me that the service might take a few hours and assured me they would provide regular updates. The service was completed in less than three hours, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Although the repair was not covered under warranty, I found their service charges to be very reasonable. I am very satisfied with their service and will plan to return in the future.

They replaced my valve cover gasket (for much less than the dealership was charging me!), put on new tires, and everything was handled smoothly. Jeb was super nice and incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain the repairs and charges. Honest, straightforward, and stress-free service. I’ll definitely be back!
View on GoogleCalled in to make an oil change appointment for the same day. The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and answered all of my questions respectfully and with patience. Arrived to my appointment and was greeted promptly. They took my vehicle back and finished within 20 mins. The establishment is very clean and work friendly. Great service and staff!
View on GoogleI ran over something in the middle of Preston at night, which sliced a big gash in my sidewall. I did a search and found Sun (which I had never heard of previously) and made my way over. I parked in the neighboring lot and came back in the morning to arrange for service. I had purchased my tires from a large chain/competitor and had selected my specific tires because they were stocked at most locations. That is no longer the case and stock showed I would be without my vehicle for 3-4 days. Sun was busy when I arrived, but I was greeted promptly. I waited in the clean/comfortable waiting area. Once it was my turn, I provided all of my and my vehicle information and was told that the tire could be ordered from a local warehouse and I could likely have my vehicle back later that day. They met that target and called me when it was ready for pickup. As a bonus, the price on my tires was quite a bit less expensive than the bigger chain! I will be back for other purchases.
