I've come to Spring Creek Auto for years and I've had all positive experiences in each visit. Both Ray and Rebaer are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. This business is very honest with their recommendations and don't push unnecessary repairs on their customers. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and fair auto repair shop.
View on GoogleWent to have my Expedition checked for a fluid leak that couldn't be identified from above, they removed the plate under the engine bay to check the root cause, there was no actual leak it was just the moisture accumulating on the water pump and coolant overflow. Mr. Ray was great with the diagnostics and gave advice on what to keep an eye for time being and generous enough to waive off the diagnostic charges. They have been honest and sharing advice accordingly that what is needed and what is not a concern for overall maintenance. Surely will go back to them for upcoming maintenance and repairs.
View on GoogleHonest shop, which is hard to find these days. I brought my car there last week because another shop said my coolant hose was leaking and that I needed to change the radiator hose. I called Spring Creek Auto Repair, and they gave me a lower quote than the other shop. I brought the car in expecting them to do the replacement, but the owner said it was not leaking and did not need any repairs or to be replaced, and they just topped it off. We drove the car on a 700 mile trip afterward, and there was still no warning about low coolant, so they were definitely right. I really appreciate the honesty, and we will always go here and recommend them to others.
