From the moment I walk in, the staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. The turnaround time is quick, and my car always runs better than ever after a visit. The owner, Sam, is great--he runs an honest business, which is nearly impossible to find in the auto care industry these days. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. I also appreciate the clean and comfortable waiting area. Sam's Autocare has definitely earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable auto care. Five stars all the way!

View on GoogleI brought my BMW to Sam’s Auto Care because it was overheating. They claimed to fix the issue, but when I got my car back the air conditioning didn’t work and the warning light still said the coolant was low — meaning the original problem was never resolved. When I returned about the air issue, they tried to charge me again. I contacted them multiple times, and Sam eventually stopped responding altogether. I also sent an email and never received a reply. I was told the repair would take half a day. Instead, they kept my car for over a week and charged significantly more than what I was originally quoted when I agreed to financing. Shortly after, my check engine light came on and my car has had ongoing problems ever since. Now, only days later, it’s overheating again. As a single mother with one vehicle, this situation has been extremely stressful and unacceptable. I gave them the opportunity to make it right — including sending a formal demand — and they did not.
