A few weeks ago, my Nissan Armada suddenly died in the middle of the road because of an electrical issue, and it was incredibly stressful. I called Plano Tire right away and spoke with Marty, who told me to have it towed over immediately. They thoroughly inspected the vehicle, found an issue with the battery connections, fixed it, and even drove it more than 20 miles afterward to make sure the problem was completely resolved. What I appreciate most is their honesty. Other shops, especially big chain mechanics, could have easily turned this into a huge diagnostic bill or tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Instead, Plano Tire found the actual issue, fixed it correctly, and probably saved me a ton of money. It’s been several weeks now and my Armada is driving beautifully. As a single woman, it’s such a relief knowing I have a local auto repair shop I can truly trust not to take advantage of me. Huge thanks to Marty and the team.

I highly recommend Plano Tire for their RV service; they are the best around. I have been a customer since 2020 when I got my first ClassC RV and had Marty help me with a lot of mods, including airlift shocks, steering stabilizer, batteries, tires, brakes etc. now I have a new class A RV that needed a front end alignment and repaired a leak in the air conditioner. They got it done in two days and I am very happy with their service.

They took 2 weeks to replace my fuel pump. Once I got it back I could no longer put gas in it without triggering the auto shutoff at the pump. After another 2 weeks Marty told me it was because it was actually full of gas and the gauge was broken. He assured me it had a full tank, but that was a lie it was empty.

These guys are simply the best. Old school with a get it done mentality. Gene is always nice and he remembers details about customers so the next time you see him, he will mention something that the average person would forget. The point that I am making is they are attentive to small details about their customers. This shop is one of the few places that I can get my truck aligned because its a quad cab with a long bed so I always get it aligned here after getting tires. They are always quick to handle inspections too. Many years ago I was a mechanic as my primary source of income so naturally I still do some things on my own. Its never a problem if i want to do a portion of work myself then have them do another part. Example would be like replacing my ball joints. I would do that then they would align it. Never give me dirty looks because I did the expensive stuff myself. I appreciate that so much that when money got better with my business, I would just drop it off for any repair I needed as I didnt have time to do my own work anymore. These guys stand behind their work. They are honest, friendly and this shop is the only place I go. I would gladly recommend them to family and friends. -pro tip they also work on large dump trucks and occasionally have seen semi trucks go there to get tires. Inspections for larger work vehicles too.

Shocked they don’t have 5 stars to be honest. I was referred here by another amazing auto shop and I couldn’t be more impressed. They went above and beyond and the pricing was very fair. Super appreciative and will be back.
