His pricing is always fair and reasonable, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Most importantly, when Ali fixes something, it stays fixed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Plano Automotive I had an excellent experience at Plano Automotive. The technician knew exactly what the problem was without even having to look at it first, which immediately showed his knowledge and experience. He was extremely kind, professional, and took the time to show me the issue in a way I could understand. Before doing any work, everything was explained clearly, and after the repair was completed, he showed me exactly what was done. I never felt rushed, talked down to, or unsure about what was happening. Honest, professional, and thorough service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend Plano Automotive and will definitely return for future service. As a woman, I felt respected and valued. They did not charge me for taking care of the issue, and they also checked all my tires and fluids, topping off what was needed. This is the kind of shop you come back to once you find it.

I have been to Plano Automotive twice now. Nobody wants car problems, but the next time I have one I will be coming back. The service here is honest, FAST, and fairly priced. I drive a European car and a lot of places turn me away because the vehicle is complicated. That is not the case here.

I had a fantastic experience going here and had to leave a good review. I was going to another mechanic in the area but had some issues and I am glad I came here instead. My car was making a very loud noise as I drove and Ali noticed immediately when I pulled up to the shop and he started looking at my car within literal seconds. I left the car with him longer to get a more thorough diagnosis and he was very honest. Ultimately, he explained he was unable to fix the issue because of a specialized part only available through the dealership, but he was honest about this, and provided me with a temporary fix so I could safely drive the car to the dealer. He charged me nothing for the diagnosis and temporary fix. Upon going to the dealership, they confirmed that his diagnosis was correct. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend.
